Woodland FC have completed a massive move in their club's history. Spence Jean Baptiste, a player that club owner Ross Harris had been working on for several weeks, has signed to the club as of this week.
"Spence is an incredibly talented individual. Great soccer IQ, great technical ability, and one of best athletes I've ever seen," Harris said.
Spence is capable of playing various positions, but thrives on the Right Wing. He has played in the Sunflower League, as well as many other competitive leagues.
"It's not every day you get to sign a difference maker like Spence. He's exactly the kind of person we're looking for when we're building this club according to our core doctrines--good player, good skill, good football, fans will love him, and, Lord willing, great success for our club, and our city."
You can watch Spence, as well as his teammates, compete in The Select League starting in April 2024.
