Club Philosophy

When you enroll your child in the Woodland FC Youth Academy, you are giving them athletic excellence. We believe that athletes are thinkers, problem solvers, and ferocious competitors. We believe that sports are similar to academics--we want to answer the question, "What kind of person do I want to be?" We want our players to learn the game and to know how to play. We value skills, soccer IQ, and teamwork over results, while still pursuing results. Our youth staff are SafeSport certified, and our Youth Director is a former ABA Behavioral Therapist. Our coaches know how to work with children from all kinds of backgrounds, and behaviors. We believe in our system, and we believe in our coaches abilities to take your kids from limitless potential, to a polished end product that loves soccer, and loves to compete.

What to expect at our youth camp:

August 2nd, 4pm-5:30pm

Come to Charles J. Stump Memorial Park and enjoy skills training, games, and an excellent chance to meet the coaches and teammates of your kids Woodland FC. The purpose of this camp is for the kids to learn simple skills, but grow their love for the beautiful game.

August 9th, 4pm-5:30pm

Come to Charles J. Stump Memorial Park and enjoy more skills training, games, and skills assessment to see how best we can help develop your kids to meet their athletic needs. The purpose of this camp is for the kids to learn simple skills, but grow their love for the beautiful game.
